(TPMS) was formed in 1989 to provide a specialized personnel service that contributes to the strength of the entire Mortgage Banking Industry.  We provide staffing to the majority of Mortgage Lenders and Brokers (large and small) throughout all of Northern California with excellent results and have established a quality reputation.

PLACEMENT OPTIONS

TEMPORARY PLACEMENT

Placement can be from a day to a couple of months or longer, as needed. All payroll duties will be the responsibility of (TPMS). Ask about our 8-hour Guarantee.

 

TEMP-TO-PERM PLACEMENT

Employee is placed with company with the intention he/she will be going permanent. Employee will be released to company after completing 519 hours, which is approximately 90 days, for no fee.

 

PERMANENT PLACEMENT

A permanent release fee will be assessed prior to employee placement. This fee is based on a percentage of the Employee’s Annual Salary. There is a 45-day guarantee if employee is to leave.
